Return and Exchanges
There are only a few cases where our return policy applies:
1) The item does not arrive on the date requested.
2) In the case of broken or damaged goods during delivery
3) The item does not match the details quoted on shop.anziam.com.
Procedure:
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to refund the item for the above-mentioned reasons. Once we verify your request, your amount will be refunded.
Order Cancellation:
Did you hit the “Pay Now” button too soon? We’ll do our best to assist. Customer Care is available only during Customer Care hours, but you can cancel it within 30 minutes after clicking “Pay Now”.
